I have a genuine Cossie grille that's been sat in my shed since last year, so I might as well paint it up and put it on the cabby. It's even got the black mesh bit with it
Anyway, it's currently unpainted white plastic. If I go down halfrauds for the spray, what do I need to do to ensure it paints alright? Do I have to rub it down with some fine sandpaper? Or do I just spray it and then laquer it?

yes key it up with about a 300-400 grade sandpaper, if your doing it with cans get a can of plastic primer, then the colour (then laqure depending what colour its going) if its the red of your cab then u'll need to laqure it.

Take it I'll have to rub down every little bit of it for the paint to take hold then? Gonna be a bit fiddly going round the edge of the badge mount! BTW, what kind of adhesive do you stick badges on with?
Sean, I'm out in Wakefield tonight mate, so less of the jibba jabba!
