Mobil 1 Motorsport is what I use, but alot recommend using Castrol RS. Never used it myself but highly recommended.

Thought that Red Silkoline was suppose to be the best now, and which most tuners are reccomending?

Ok, I will start this argument.

I used to use Valvolene 5W-50 then Castrol RS 10-60, but now I use Silkolene Pro and have found this to be good. You will need 4 litres plus 1 litre to top up. There is a link on here for Opie Oils, follow that - should tell you everything you need!
