Default Info n a lil problem

Might pick up a new actuator soon . theres a -31 on it at the mo which is a few years old .but whats the difference between a -34 and -31? i run about 22psi..
some days my car boosts up over the set 22 psi limit and other days below it..this is mainly day n night but thought the blitz boost controller would help steady the boost?

Also not sure if its related but when i do a launch and shift it into 2nd the car bogs i.e no power n till i shut off and then plant my foot again .not sure but i recon the boost pipe to metering head colapses :g: again a few yrs old on them..

Whats plps thoughts

Could it be that i have a bigger turbo fitted now so the bottom pipe to meteringhead is more kinked as to say a std turbo?
