Lower cambelt cover, CVH fit on to ZVH?

Lower cambelt cover, CVH fit on to ZVH?
Hi, does anyone know if the CVH lower cambelt cover will bolt on in the same place on the ZVH/Zetec bottom end?
Reason i'm asking is that i want to convert to EFI using the 1800 sierra CPS sensor but am not sure if it will fit to my block.
