PDA holders/GPS receivers - any decent ones out there?

Must NOT be a rubbish suction one

To fit IMate Jam/MDA Compact/Orange M500

Also a bluetooth GPS receiver needed, any advice?

The puka TomTom bluetooth one is cool but more expensive than most.
