Is there an Ebay rule that states that a Seller is obliged to provide Proof of postage? I have heard that there is, but wanted to find it in writing.

 

obviously fucking not as ive just been stung by a wanker who thinks thats where it ends !!!!

the cunt actually said he would give me a cheque for a charity of my choice but wont refund me the cash


just like that wanker would have send me the goods if the cash i sent went missing

oh and that cunt over charged me 7 quid postage and sent it second class too

No it's down to the seller to get proof of postage ebay should realy make people get proof of postage and keep it till you get the good's it would stop alot of the f**king scamers out there

its not just the scammers also stops the ones that cant be arsed to post things properly

My point is that I have bought something and reckon that the seller hasn't bothered to send it. I reckon he is pissed that it only made 99p!! I aren't that bothered about the Ł6 odd that I sent him, but if I dont get this item for 99p, I have probably got to spend Ł30 to get another one!

Not only that, its the principle. I reckon he is just gonna get a Negative Feedback. Stupid Prat has already given me Positive!!!

Dunno either but I hate when it happens, you discuss postage before paying and making shure you get trackable shipping ie paying the extra for it and then the tossers send its with normal post.

 

like you said mate i took it in she told me it would cost me but when she put it through the computer she said thats strange theye not charged you she was saying i never seen that happen before

yesturday was the FIRST TIME i seen the engine since i dropped it off at the garage

i painted it yesturday and hope to have a new clutch/cambelt/cams/head gasket/injectors all fittted this week

then should be back in the car in 2 weeks as ive just finished the engine bay retoration

its not that, just been doing the engine bay, wasnt that noice looking so i thought i waould spray it,,,,,,, done it 7 times so far and done over 100 quid in paint

all cause ive never been happy with the result or when i was the laquer i used actually came out matted

all done on friday hence me taking the 2 mile trip to the garage to paint the block,,,,,,,,,, forgot me tools though so i had to buy another socket set to take the manifolds off

also need to helicoil 2 studs


but when its done it will be the last thing i do to the car

theres LOADS of carbon buildup on the inlet manifold though

 

whats that mean ?

 

in the inlet manifold theres loads of carbon build up, aint got a clue what it means though as my inlet had loads of oil fall out of it

just thats all i could get off as i never had a 13mil spanner and so couldnt take any of the manifolds off so had to paint around them
