could just get another id, its naughty but harmless in the big scene
aslong as its not a nicked car
new owners may take issue with it too but in teh time u own it it would fix the situation
also q plate insurance is much higher and if it were total loss you would only get the salvage value not real value

very bad idea IMO , big big come backs when the car has gone from your ownership.

usewd to be a loop hole in the system of exporting/importing but that no longer exists as it was used too many times

dont by a Q plate unless its for track

I think the DVLA are unrealsitic with there laws though, fair enough they are there to stop criminals but if you just want a cheap way of getting a solid shell then i dont see the harm in it. Real world, we need money to get by and everyones out to take it off you so if you can save a bit of moeny in a shady area then go for it, im not condoning theft but if you own both the cars....

my point exactly, both cars owned no loser til it gets a tad dodgy when it comes down to selling it but thats neither here nor there. also q plates do have new vin stamped on strut top sometimes, hard to disguise easilly

also are there many unrung rst's about these days? ive stripped plenty that have dodgy id, path of the course with a sporty ford

and the RS breakers offer rotten shells with id for sale, wonder why?
