Default overheating problem with my ZT

if i accelerate up to 100 and cruise at 100 the temp guage shoots to the top of the guage and if i cruise at 40/50 mph it dont cool down again

it dont use any water but i was thinking if gasses was geting through from the cylender in to the water and causing air lock

the lower the boost i run the less it happens

i did a pod run at 1 bar of boost and the fooker was gurgling when i got back to the cue for another run

could the std head bolts be leting me down by stretching under load and leting the gasses past ? and will arp bolts help?
