has anyone got or driven a civic type r

i'm going to test drive one 2moro
and dnt know what to expect.

 

vtec= no torque
produces all its power at the top of the revs abit like a bike, as you all no torque is produced at low revs.
still quick as fook
great looking car just dont fill it up with loads of peeps and keep away from big hills i cud deff buy one in the future

the car looks nice its black with black leather interior.

the only thing i wasn't sure about was where
the gearstick is on the dash.

what are they like for handling?

 

the gear stick on the dash is wicked IMO. driven one and it was rapid as. you cant keep ot out of redline because it sounds soo nice, lol.

Nice car but I didnt like it, and you couldnt feel where the front wheels were, Got a DC5 Integra Fantasic car.

are they expensive to run?

 

No I get 30mpg when I drive , Only fault I had is a HID light amp go down, £220 , But the rest has been 100% One of the best cars I have ever had

the handling is a lot more impressive than the power

 

ive got one of these and i fooking love it m8,got mugen inlet and induction on mine sounds and goes like fook.the grip on the thing is excellent

 

had a test drive in one today and
i must admit i really enjoyed it

there great cars a lot better than i was expecting
the geastick is great to work with right next to the sterring wheel.

 

i love the gear stick , i think its wicked.

Why does it have the leather mate ? someone get it done private ?

 

Better than the Focus, but not as fast as I'd have thought and dont give much for the looks of them
