Their DNS server is obviously working as its resolved the PF IP address.

Its most likely that one of their routers has a problem with its DNS table so it doesnt know where to forward the packets on as it leaves their network.

Its definately a problem on your ISP's network, send their tec support guys the screen grab you've posted.
