Roosie, you have to take the Timing Chain off to do the VVT Sprocket. Surely you wouldn't pay whats involved to do that knowing the cams are buggered?

You're also in for a Rocker Cover Seal (2 Parts) which should be done each time it comes apart.

You done those Turbo Gaskets yet??

yup got full stainless to go on inc tubular manifold elbow and gaskets

ok ill get some good cams to go in can i have a price now
