yes - but im too drunk to explain. U need to transcode them. What format are they in?

I simply take them into Windows Movie Maker, then resize/save them to fit 512kb internet size, suits sharing down to a 'T'

Import the video you wanna resize, drag it down to the story board, then File>Save Movie File> name it what you want and the destination for saving, click next, then choose ...more options

Will guve you several diff options for saving, thats where you chose the size you wantit saving as
