will they mix?

im currently using a helix 4 paddle with an uprated pressure plate on my IB5 equipped zetec.

can i mix the AP CP5351-16 friction plate with the helix pressure plate?

it says on burtons website it shouldnt be used with the uprated AP pressure plate

im asking cos the 4 paddle is just too rough and AP dont do a pressure plate to mate up to my gearbox
