Whats the widest tyre i can fit to my RST

Im planning to rebuild my RST for track and sprints and want to know whats the widest tyres i can fit under the RST arches
I was planning to get a set of 8x16 comp mo's maybe?

At the mo i'm running 205/45/16 and just thinking would 215/45/16 would fit?
