Any of the Pectel equipped ECU's cannot be live mapped in a true sense of the term IIRC.

All of the Weber (level 1, 6, 8 and P8) can be live mapped if not equipped with the Pectel boards.

Unless they have evolved, then from what I was told by an engine management mapping specialist, the ECU with Pectel equipment cannot be live mapped in the same sense as the origional ECUs'. The response is too slow in the way the Pectel board decodes the info from the chip into something the ECU understands IIRC what I was told.

They can be mapped but I don't profess to understand exactly how the Pectel board and ECUs' work so ask someone who knows I.E Stu @MSD, Tony @ TS etc..

i'm a little confused by that.

been forsale for roughly 6 weeks now? at a more than good price but not sold yet you're saying he should be selling it for a extra 400 quid?!

time of year isn't good to sell anything really!

i paid £1500 for the inlet complete, and £700 for p8 super 8 with sub loom. and it took me months to find them. were goin for alot more at that time, even upto £2000 for inlet.

Its most be down to the time of year, or no one really wants them at the mo.

If he was a Trader then he would sell them easy, at top price, evan now.
