just been informed of the final rwyb of the year at elvington from straightliners, usual £45 per car for unlimited 1/4m and top speed runs. will run regardless of weather, final chance for a play before putting the cars to bed for the winter!

i wanna enter with my mk5 turbo, just a bit woried it wont be mega quick

 

i'd like to enter my ibiza cupra, but i have not had time to mod yet so it will be slooow

 

they do run bracket classes, ie 14.5s, 13.5s 12.5s etc etc, so you will end up running against similar speed cars in your class. each class has a shoot out final at the end of the day normally.

and yes its @ elvington airfield, not Melbourne (York Dragway)

there is a bike rwyb on the 23rd at elvington for the bikers

I use tony at ART in wakefield for rr check. As for ibiza, i reckon revo will get my money

 

Tony is the only local i would trust, i do all the work on the car myself, so the last thing i want is a nugget setting it up.

 

Ive been told to use him, hes not far from cineworld is he? does he check fueling, boost pressure, ignition timing and (cam timing if aplicable) on a normal setup?

 

He can set your cam timing if you want him to have a play for more power. As for fuelling,boost and ignition yes he checks it all
