Default cossie 205 block with 4x4 head..?

Peeps,
what are the advantages or disadvantages of using a 2wd bottom end (205 Block) with a 4x4 cylinder head..?
does this require any machining work on the pistons.. or should both fit together without any problems..?

situation.. I've got a 2wd engine with bent valves only (block and pistons are good) and I've got a spare 4x4 head in good condition, new tappets etc.

if you use a 205 block with 2wd pistons with a 4wd head, you will high the C/R to around 8:3.1

NOT good

though it's good to have a 205/200 block with 4wd pistons and get a 7:8.1 C/R
