Same as over here mate, if someone has a multi region DVD player, they'll work

There's hack codes available for most models to make them region free

If they have a multi-region dvd player / dvd rom drive they'll be able to watch it. If not, they'll have to get a "patch" / "unlock code" to unlock it.

DVD player's are easy to do if there is a code available, DVD-ROM drive's in PC's are not so easy
