FRS oil?

What's the best oil to use in a Focus RS?...

...Is the standard ford oil alright or do the majority of people change to aftermarket makes like mobil1, castrol, valvoline etc?

whats the rating of the standard ford oil?

I use Mobil 1 fully synthetic think its 20w45

The standard ford oil is more than up to the job!

Though I do change mine evey 6k.
