broken koni shock, are parts available

i have anaged to break the top off one of my rear koni shocks (the threaded part you can see above the bodywork, where you bolt it down, and adjust it. Can you buy the parts seperatly, or is this a case of knackered shock?

For that matter, I've got one FUCKING squeaky Koni, the noise it makes is a fucking embarrasment... so I've been wondering can I buy like 1 Koni at a time??
