Think its Black now? Used to be Citrine Yellow back in the day....YUK!

If its the one I think it is it was my mates a few years ago, he got tired of the colour so got it resprayed black, but only on the outside, not engine bay etc. Will check reg with him

 

I had it originally built from a new shell in around 1995? Sold it to a guy in Kent but dont know where it went after that.

Had Escort Cossie Black Leather Front seats, 8 injector plenum, 330mm brakes when I sold it.

Sounds like the same one. Cant be that many that were that colour and then sprayed black.

 

Yep it was the one.

Last we knew it had the following:
Std cloth interior.
Std wheels.
Std brakes.
Water injection removed.
Std 4x4 turbo.
Still had green injectors.

Last we knew it was owned by a guy in Brighton.
Certainly was a well known car and was in Max Power 1996/1997 ?

 

Yep it was the Max Power car. Good to know its still going, but then being built from a new shell it should not suffering any rot.

Wow, seems like a lot of the good bits had been taken off then. It was on special beige injectors when I sold it, not greens. Had a T34, BD14s, 17 inch wheels, coil overs and loads of other stuff.

I always wished I had it built in Black not Citrine but that was the "new" colour those days.

I bought it from a guy in Kent think 2012
Sold it, think in 2018.
I was planning on doing track days.
I stripped it and put a roll cage in, bucket seat, harness.
Put a 200 block from an escort.
T35 turbo
Green injectors
BD10 cam
330mm AP 4 pot brakes.

I can see its not had an MOT since i owned it.
Is it still going?
