This project has been going on for a while now due to me making up stuff as I go and being lazy.

Its a standard 4 pot shell with the usual rusty areas:
Wings, Floor Patches, Chassis Rails, Strut Towers and all those other fun bits.

Plan is to get it solid and then drop in a 2.8i engine and see what happens from there.

This is the only picture I have at the moment.



Engine, suspension, axel and drivers wing are all off n out now.

Rust has formed on the strut tower lip bursting up between the inner wing and the tower top.


Same happend with this side but the previous owner had it plated for an mot. *
Rust has ignored the new metal and burst up around the seam weld.



This strengthend mount supports the front bumper and anti roll bar mounts.
Rust has got between the plates and rusted right though each side, The bottom hole being the wost since its gone into the chassis rail.



Same again with this side but only on the upper half, one of holes had been plated so I guess its an important mot area.

 

Nice one mate best of luck with it is it getin the full respray jobby aswell
