hi all got a prob with my escort cosworth.
the engine makes a strange noise only at 2000rpm. it sounds like a gurgling, rattling noise, the car runs fine at stage 3 cant figure it out. only happens when car is up to temperature and hot.

Anyone got any ideas. Cheers!

 

could be air in the cooling system.... have you bled it with the 8mm bolt in the top of the thermostat housing at the front of the block lately?
