The Alcon has a very nice pedal feel for a Paddle and will definately hold the power.
The AP Organic will also feel nice, but might not take it.
I would go for the Alcon.

I have to admit, I wasn't confident that the Alcon would hold the power, especially when I felt how light the pedal is, but its doing OK!!
I have done the late Pedal mod on mine, so its difficult to tell what it would feel like on a car that has a standard Pedal configuration.

I have an AP Organic [CP-2000] running 225BHP no problems.....deffo wouldn't go for the Paddle at that power level.
I've been running this clutch for probably 8k with no problems whatsoever...not slipped once and its had some VERY hard use!!
And there about £225!!
