Im just having a rant cos my car has a misfire and the bloody battery keeps goin flat.
Ive changed the alternator and bought a new battery for the battery prob and for the misfire ive changed the plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm checked all electrical gubbins and its still shite.
After spending in excess of 4k building an engine n associated bits over the past few weeks im a gettin a bit pissed off.
I love the thing to bits, but where the fuck will it end??? i paid less than 4k for it!!!
sometimes that lancer the mrs is naggin me for doesnt seem like a bad car..........
anyway, rant over for now.....il get it fixed eventually....then it can get a lick of paint over the winter(if its fixed..)

have you checked the fuel pump took my car for a tune as it had running problems and there was not enough power going to the pump under load they sorted that now it a different car now. apparently a common problem on saffs .
also took a friends 3dr for a rolling road tune yestarday as it was missing and back fireing and the pump was not puming enough pressure it was down to 2 bar when should of been around 5 i think.changed the pump and solved the problem .
any way if you have changed the obvious try looking at that
