Define difference? It can be a benefit or a hindrance depending on application. If you define your particular racing circumstance I can better advise.

yes i was very impressed with the way the car goes. not bothered at the mo as it will be SORNed at the end of the month. as there are a few mods planned over the winter, i'll wait & get the lot done just before easter in time for Kilrea on Easter sunday. r u and Dave going to the show nxt Sunday?

Bit unpleasant on road cars really, revs drop too much between changes and that sort of thing.

Wouldnt say a total no no though, ive had quite a few road cars on ally flywheels and it hasnt been a real problem, but thats on small N/A engines like minis etc not on a cossie.

 

think i'll pass on one then, just a thought really but had no experience with them. thread got a little disjointed too

 

Have tried one, dont bother, found it a pig & with a triple plate clutch all but impossible to Launch. I have a Fidanza one if you must have one only done about 500miles.
