Default my poorly saph :-(

before it wings its way back to stu for the night.............

my saph has a start up prob just wondered if anyone had come across this before

some days it fires straight away but really struggles to get going ie lumpy and then after a few secs starts behaving and ticks over fine

some days it fires straight away but then dies again but rarely does this

other days it fires up perfect

seeing as its an intermittant prob ( well prob 75% bad starts) im reluctant to send it back to stu in case it behaves from cold start which knowing my luck it would do lol

anyone had this before ??

matt

not really sure but try unplugging the iscv.

Could cause the funny idling.

My old 4x4 had this and stu fixed it by cleaning the 3 multiplugs on the bulkhead.

its still running rich for some reason in the mid section of the rev range, could it be that causing the miss ?

ie too much fuel there to burn ?
