As Tonynutsrus mentioned how about a tour of British circuits starting or ending in Knockhill with a trackday at each circuit?????

I am sure @ Knockhill it works out at around Ł1600 for a four hour session. I am sure our local club can do a track night for Ł40-Ł50. Other circuits will be more expensive however there are some cheaper ones as well. We could do Knockhill, Croft , Oulton, Donno, Brands or any variation.

Do you also know how boring normal circuits are after having been to the Ring?

Do YOU know how boring circuits are full stop

Was just a thought, not everyone would need to do the full hit, people could tag along and then drop out as they please.

I did a similar thing a while back with a car club and it was fun - and not that expensive

Yeah probably but as Tony states not everyone has a car that will make the journey ( I would hope mine would), some have to trailer there cars and others might not be allowed out of the country( you know who you are!!!)

A trip to the Ring is the way forward.

There is no alternative in my opinion.

Awesome holiday bringing Ford Nuts together for a good knees up and a fast drive.

Germany for me

What amazes me about the ring is how every year a new crew of people go over for their first experience and come back raving about it and are converted forever.

What an awesome place. Its about the second place I would drive after buying a decent car. First place to the R/R to get it checked out
