During the past 2 year i have been trying to put together a database of all Escort cosworths built. VIN, color, interior trim, build date etc etc. I currently have more than 1500 cars in the database, i must admit that the last few months very few cars has been added.

As we all now there where quite a few limited edition Escort Cosworth models like the Monte, Martini, Miki Biasion etc. I thought it would be quite interesting to at least have a complete (as far as possbile) register of all Monte cars.

So if all you Monte owners would be kind enough to send your VIN number and Monte no. to me, i would be most grateful. This is all i need to get further info on your car. Pictures too would be really nice. Some Montes have allready been added.

I thought that the VIN no. issue could be a bit sensitive, im aware of that. On most cars the registration no. is enough to get all the info about it, VIN included, but it doesnt always work with personal plates.

I could give you my original plate... I know that too, in fact my local parts dept nearly know it frommemory too lol.... If you want it that bad you an just do a HPI check

 

I guess i could always do a HPI check, but thats about £20. In Sweden you can do check up on cars for free, wich helps me alot when trying to find VINs for cossies.

The database is not limited to British cars only, in fact most of the cars are italian.
