Does anyone work for an IT recruitment agency?

This is what agencies do to keep interest high and their company profile at the front of everyone elses. Totally pisses genuine jobseekers off tho

 

ive a few mates who work in the IT recruitment industry

and most the posts on there are bullshit or are posts which have prev been filled

 

I even resorted to phoning them before I submitted my CV, and they don't have a clue what job your talking about, then they start asking you about your job and if they need staff

 

The good thing about reed is they list the number of applicants, so the ones that renew their listing after recieving 100+ applicants is clearly a baiter........which is most of them

 

I find it funny to send them spoof CV's, to waste their time like they've done to me in the past. Recruitment Agencys are just as bad as Estate Agents and worse than Car Salesaman. I wish them all very sore piles and an anal buggering for life ....

 

Ric, I've got a few mates who are agents and about eight of them that call me at least once a week who try and bully me into a contract. When I say no they ask if I know anyone else who may be interested (which kinda makes me feel a whole lot less special!) They're genuine agents cos a few I have accepted and been working the next day. If you PM me with what kinda work and your phone number, I'll pass them onto you if ya liek Darlin?

IT is shit now.

get better money with a skilled job - which is totally different when i was at school which why i went to uni in the first fookin place.

Should have just dropped out and done something car related.
