Parts will depend on if you want Cossie stuff or go for an alternative management, ie Omex or Autronic.

Cossie stuff,

Throttle body ( can use RST one if mods are made to Efi inlet)
Idle speed control valve( either remote or on throttle body)
Throttle position sensor
Air charge sensor
Water temp sensor
Injectors ( colour depends on what tune stage you go for)
3 Bar map sensor( only if you want to run more than 1 bar boost)
Ignition amp and heat sink
Modified Dizzy or use a pick up off the cam pulley and coil packs
TDC sensor and lead and pulley with 4 pick up points. ( or you can use 1.8 CVH stuff thats slightly modified to fit)
L8 Ecu and loom ( get a new loom made from SCC, saves ALOT of hassle in the long run)
EFI Inlet with fuel rail
4x4 Fuel Pressure regulater

And someone friendly to do all the work for you
