Default removing flywheel on mk4 escort

Ok , I need an EFI flywheel to do my zetec turbo and have found one for sale up my way. problem is , what is the best way to undo the bolts to remove it. do I need to jam it in position ? if so what with?
the engine is out of the car and on the deck

There was a picture here where one of the battery securing irons was bolted to the block and it looked like it was designed for the job of jamming the flywheel.
