Default Dads 3dr Cosworth

Hi Guys, ive just been recommended to this forum, basically ive just managed to persuade my dad to get his cosworth out, thought some of you would find it interesting maybe

Dad has rolled the Cossie out for its annual trip to the MOT station, but this time ive managed to persuade him to let me look after it for a while

Sorry for the not very good pics, ill try and get some better ones tomorrow, the sun was very bright and as the car was on the drive i couldnt get far enough away from the car to get it all in one shot lol

So here it is, got to be one of the lowest mileage Cossies in the UK surely?

and the total mileage....from 1986! reason its so low is Dad got Divorced just after he bought it and at that time couldnt afford to run it so it was put in storage, and only taken out a little while ago

Hope you like it, sorry if its in the wrong section or anything

yeh unfortunately, when it was sitting for a little while, the tyres lost pressure and their proper shape too, basically they are very very slightly 50 pence shape at the moment! lol, its hardly noticable but it wouldnt do the transmission much good to drive like it for long so need some new ones really

but why d40's? i know they're the original tyre, but unless you're doing concourse with it, who cares? there's better tyres out there now.
