Default What gearbox oil for RST's?

Could be replacing the box soon, so need to know what thickness oil i need to use.

Any help appreciated

well not sure to be honest mate but i use ep90, i'm running big power and box holdin together,
use to use thinner oil and destoyed 2 boxes, not garenteeing oil was cause or sorted the problem but thats jus my own experiance

75w-90 fully synthetic is the way to go if the car is modded.
