Just put me car back together, diff, shafts etc, and went for a blast to make sure everything was ok.
Me exhaust was knocking slightly and I thought that was the noise coming from the back of the car. Just got in and checked everything over and the near side rear wheel was almost off! One nut missing, 2 finger tight, just the locker holding it on. How lucky have I just been, tearing about country lanes with the car like that!!!
Bit strange aswell considering I didn't even have the wheel off while working on the car. Could have hurt if it came off

I do that all the time!! Im always in 2 much of a rush n 4get! The best 1 was i 4got 2 bleed my brakes the once, went tear arsin down the road came to a t junction realised i had no brake pressure n had 2 pump em up quick while i was slowin down!! That was fun

 

mayb a stupid question but why on earth was there 2 nuts missing and 1 finger tight in the 1st place, especially as u say u havent even had the wheel off!!??

 

Dunno to be fair unless some worthless thieving gypsy scum had a go at the car last night, saw the locker and abandoned the idea. None of the other wheel nuts on the car were loose just that one. Tis weird I tell thee

Just speaking to me mum who lives next door, turns out her dog went nuts at half 4 this morning. So probably was theivin scum tryin to have a go at me motor until she let dog out. She didn't think anything of it until I said something about the wheelnut. Parked it in me mums drive tonight.
