We had a similar problem with T-Mobile so to get the phone we wanted free we just cancelled the contracts and got two new phones. Then the phone was free. Means being contracted for another year but when you upgrade you're in the same boat anyway
I think its good that Orange do that. It means that they are not selling buggy phones that brake every other day. I know what you mean about getting it as soon as it comes out, but id rather it worked than having it and then having to send it back.

Part of the problem is the supply from Nokia - there just isn't enough to go around!

I've never wanted an orange phone myself, there was something about them that I never really liked but couldn't put my finger on. Been with T-mobile / 1 2 1 ever since I've owned a phone & never had any probs with them.
Hope they get it sorted soon though so you can have ya new toy

Well I've been with orange since they started, they have got better but they do tend to be later than most when new phones come out. I'm off away in a few weeks and was hoping for my new phone for then.
Oh well, will just have to wait a little longer
