Default FORD ARE A BUNCH OF FUKKIN USLESS C*NTS!!!

Took the car in at 8am, cos its making a noise, more so when turning left.

got a call at 9.30am as they had found what was wrong, the front left wheel bearing.

i had also replaced the rear left bearing the other day.

pick the car up at 4.30pm

£103 worse off, i drive 300 yards, and its making EXACTLY the same noise as when i took it in!!!

so i took it back, got a mechanic to go out with me, he says it sounds like the drivers side front bearing... 1/2 later after having it on the ramps they then tell me, its the rear drivers side bearing

they said the one they changed WAS worn and they would do me a deal, only charge me £50 labour + parts, basically another £90

i just took the keys and went home before shouting abuse at them.

now, where do i stand???

should i take it back tomoz morning and demand that they fix the problem i took it in for in the first place for free??

or will they just tell me to fukk off???

c*nts, the lot of em

Stop being a fooking pikey you can't run a car for free you know

If one needed doing they should all be done, especially if worn like you say it was, you don't want a wheel bearing collapsing on you!

Have a civil word with the Serice Manager to let him know that your not happy and in a roundabout way tell him you think there hawking for work and that your not prepared to pay for there mis-diagnosis. I'm sure he'll play ball. Dont go into a shouting match as that'll get you nowhere as no-ones like to be shouted at ... even though he's use to it!

anyway, just ben back to the garage, had a word with the service manager, told him im not happy about having to pay for work done on my car when they didnt fix the problem.

he said they would do me deal, i said i aint paying, i take all my cars there for MOT's and work i cant do, and i wont come back, and ill tell all my mates not to bring their cars here either.

he took the keys and said come back at 5pm

I was to Ford with a Cossie once (in Warsaw - Poland) - they told me something like "Sorry we're not qualified"

I remember going to ford and asking them to fit some brake pads for me that I was suppling (did not know how easy it was to do at the time ) and they said it would cost £35 when I said no I dont want to buy some pads I just want some fitting that I will suppy she said yeh it will cost £35 to fit them so took it away and fitted them myself and found out how easy it was.
Morral of the story is that Ford are fooookin expensive
