when in gear my gearstick has the classic wooden spoon in a bucket feel to it, what can i do to resolve this problem , and is it an easy thing to do / have done ? ?

 

Change the complet linkage should sort the problem not a very hard job if you know what you are doing

All you need is a 19mm 13mm and 10mm spaners to take the linkage out just make sure you get a good one out of another car.

 

i wonder where i can get one before the weekend i guess ill have to start searching.......

as a matter of fact if i was to go to gearboxman , and get the quick shift mech , wouldnt that include the new better parts ?

im on the fone now.............

 

gonna have to get me linkage sorted out , then id like a b&m quickshifter just to add a sporty feel to the box...at least now i know the score !
