A cossie pump only has different terminals, nothing more
If you having problems with fueling, re-do the connections of witing on the pump

If not, adding another fuel pump won't give you more fueling, just a better connection and feed

I cut off ends and re-do every year on my pump, better safe than sorry and always a good connection then

Nothing wrong with a standard pump, as long as it isn't noisey.

Tony, very true any slight noise from it means you got no fuel or it's ready to die

Which is the same different terminals, no more
RST one has push on connectors
Cossie one has crimp on connectors with a nut to secure

Nope, a 2wd one has a higher flow rate. They "look" the same though.

standard pumps for an rsturbs are kewl for 400bhp!

if its noisy, then the impeller is slipping on its spline, and not giving the pressure needed, soon the pump wont pump, trust me i know!

I use a standard S2 pump and haven't changed it in the 9 years I've owned the car.

The S2 and Cossie pump are not the same. I thought this and was corrected, apparently they have a higher flow rate
