Default SPLITER TO GO ON SERIES II 90 SPEC BUMPER???

Alright, does anyone have any ideas where i can get hold of a Seat Ibizia spliter, someone who is selling one or who can tell me where they bought a new one from. Was also wondering how i would fit the spliter onto the bottom of the bumper. Have looked but doesn't seem to be anywhere i can secure it to??? Does anyone have one or anything similar who may be able to point me in the right direction. Cheers

Try down your local scrap yards ,as for fitting it try bonding some metal brackets on the bumper from behind so they hang down below the bumper and bolt it to this ,hope this helps you

Here's a couple of pics of my 90 spec with golf vr6 splitter. fits far better than the seat splitter. Purchased from euro car parts. bit more expensive than the seat job but deffo worth it. i just bolted mine threw the face as i new the speed bumps were gonna give it hell.

i was looking into a laguna one, or an espace one, they arent as low down so should be easier on the speed bumps!!

I've just removed my Seat Ibiza splitter before I sold the car. New owner wanted the original refitting.

Drilled a series of holes along the underside of the bumper then nut & bolted it together with shake-proof washers. I'll post a pic in a minute when I find the link.

Can sell you that if you're interested. Can take to Donington next Sunday if you are going.

It's actually flipped upside down to keep the tow-eye in the splitter cut-out.

robbob, Sorry buddy, not had net access all week. I wasn't ignoring you. Will ask at post office about best and cheapest way of posting if you are still interested: bearing in mind how big it is.

James Raby, I know mate. The bottom of the bumpers are the same tho iirc. Thought the 90 spec was simply a slightly modified 86 spec ?
