Default 3dr map sensor bracket

Hi every1 took my 3dr to my local ford dealer today to have its 36k service. The car quite often dosent start first time from cold so i asked the garage to check it out for me. When i collected the car the mechanic was surprised that the map sensor wasnt on a modified bracket and said this may be the poor starting problem, at present the map sensor sits vertically on the inner wing, the modded bracket has the map sensor sitting horizontal with the pipe facing downwards, apparently they got fuel in them and caused lots of problems. I was wondering if other peoples 3dr had these modded bracket and any chance of any piccies please. any info much appreciated.

Yes I think it was a recall to change bracket, but you should be able to pick one up from a breaker easily, there were a few other recalls as well so might be worth looking into it, I think power steering cap and engine wiring protection were 2 that I have had recalled in my earlier days of ownership.
