I have a 3dr, just used standard plugs gapped at 0.7mm, but when I get my stage 1+ Karl has told me to take a set of 071's with me so will be using those, and they are cheap to less than Ł12 a set from ford.

I think at stage 1 there are a lot to choose from , pp8's are platinum so would last longer than my 071's but are also about 3 times the cost, so choice is yours.

I use Motorcraft APGR-12PP8's on my Stage 2/3 Sapphire.
I was recommended them by Simon at Woodford Garage Motorsport
