Why the hell did i manage to get banned for feeling strongly over something ??

I'm a moderator on another website, and would of had my privelages taken away if i had posted like that !

i am contemplating on locking this (not removong it) ... if only to stop people jumping on and adding snidy comments.

valid points have been made, and i can only feel that stu will make his comments known as soon as possible.

im not in any way trying to silence anyone but feel this is about a few people who have already added their comments ...

 

I think as a member I am allowed to make my feelings known. I am not involved in any of the tuner wars or anything like that and I dont know anyone in the middle of the conversation but from what I can read there were a few comments made which are regrettable, especially one memorable comment which was out of order.

I think "moderators" privelages were abused in more than one instance by someone. Banning a person to win an arguement is a bit low if you ask me. If the mod really was sorry about the comments he made he is in the best position to tidy his posts up!!!!!

I personally dont think this should be left and I dont think it will.

Helen is a nice friendly inteligent adult who has as much right to post on here as anyone, and the fact a particular moderator may not like a few things she says doesnt give them the right to ban her and stop the rest of us being able to chat to her on here.

Moderators need to think a bit harder about how many users it impacts before using those buttons IMHO

 

I have met Helen a few times and shes one of the nicest people your ever likely to meet, She is usually quite lad back and doesnt let things get to her, but she deserves to have her her say.

Modding skills are defo not up to standards in this case!
