What type of wire is used in looms?
Engine loom to be more specific.
If you were making your own loom up what wire should you use?

Seriously I am sorry but I do not know the gague to buy but it will defo have to be multistrand to cope with flexing.

as above definately a mulitstrand,but most importantly, the gauge depends on what thew wire is for e.g ecu earth, MAP sensor, TPS, etc etc.
Some cables may need to be heat resistant and some sheilded from elecromagnetic interferance, all depends on the use really.
