Alot of people use them m8 usually for 2.1 zvh, both my m8s have them in there 2.1 zvhs, a wouldnt worry about having vauxhall pistons in your ford as they are not manufactured by vauxhall they are mahle pistons. I would snap them up if you could thou

Calibra turbo pistons for Zetec Turbo, C20XE pistons (redtop NA) for ZVH.

With the turbo pistons in a ZVH, your compression will be very low - compromising your off boost performance.

I have a set of XE forged Mahles (be careful at some point they used cast pistons instead of the forged ones) - suitable for ZVH. They require machining work to get oil to the pin, and the Zetec rod little end need boring out to press fit with the pins.
