Default 2wd Cossie flame trap Q

What holds the flame trap in situ in a 2wd engine? (under the inlet manifold)
I’m sure mine has worn, as it just seems to wobble about in the block allowing oil mist to spray about.
I take it they should just be a tight push fit as std?
Will it make any odds if I replace it with the later smaller breather valve from a pinto engine? Not seen a 4x4 unit so I don’t know if that’s the same.
Any help appreciated

Nope, 4x4 one has a return to the sump seperate, as opposed to the 2wd one which returns the same way it came.
