Default Cars without CATS

When you M.O.T changes in a while what are you going to do if your car has got a sports exhaust fitted and you now need a CAT to get it to pass the test? This is if you dont have a standard exhaust to put back on. Is there any way around it????

You need to find a friendly MOT inspector who understands the cars

Your pre-1990 (?) sierra engine doesn't require a CAT
