Default Priming that bastard turbo grrrrrrr

Hi all.

Fitted my new turbo today ..but having a few problems priming it..

Ive fitted a T piece and the oil pressure device for my gauge on the back pf the block

Took the spark plugs out and a coil lead and cranked the car over..after about 10 mins there still was no oil coming out the oil retern pipe to the sump..its new oil and new filter.

And tips?

Take the filter off, and fill it with oil. Pour oil into the filter unions to try to fill the pump.

If oil doesnt come through after about 30 secs there must be a major problem.

Have you taken the head off to see if oil gets up to the valvetrain?

Take your oil feed pipe off top off turbo m8 and turn it over to make sure you are getting oil to the turbo first incase there is a blockage at the oil pressure switch or t piece you fitted
