3.1 I think, or is that a Zetec box....can check in a little while when back at the garage

I use Mobil SHC, it's fully synthetic

75-w90 as recomended by gearboxman u need about 3-4 litres

I use Valvoline Fully Synthetic 75w90. 3.1 Litres. How much you get in there totally depends on how much you got out. If the box is totally empty, then it'll take 3.1 Litres.
