Matt,
I'm going to silicone seal mine on, as well as a pop rivet inside (at the top where it can't be seen), so that it can't fall off if the sealant is melted by the ALS
.

Will look great on a black car, i think it might look a big stupid on your white escos though mike, but thats just a matter of taste anyway, and having seen the clothes you wear, i dont think it will be an issue in your case
