I'm going to silicone seal mine on, as well as a pop rivet inside (at the top where it can't be seen), so that it can't fall off if the sealant is melted by the ALS.

Use tiger seal Mike, sticks like shit to a blanket, i stick body kits on with it, you can get it from body repair supplyers, bout Ł8 a tube

Will look great on a black car, i think it might look a big stupid on your white escos though mike, but thats just a matter of taste anyway, and having seen the clothes you wear, i dont think it will be an issue in your case
